I accept the Privacy Policy and the processing of personal data

Information for the processing of sensitive data Dear Sir/Madam, pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003, on the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data, the processing of information concerning you will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and protecting your privacy and your rights. In particular, data suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data suitable for revealing the state of health and sexual life, can be processed only with the written consent of the interested party and subject to authorization by the Guarantor for the protection of personal data (article 26). Pursuant to article 13 of the aforementioned decree, we therefore provide you with the following information.

  1. The sensitive data provided by you will be processed, within the limits of the General Authorization of the Guarantor, for the following purposes: collection, storage and processing of your personal data in order to provide the service requested by you. Specifically, the purposes are: a. manage and execute the provision of the requested service; b. fulfill legal obligations or other obligations required by the competent Authorities; c. send informative communications strictly related to the service used by you; d. send notices relating to new services offered and events organized deemed interesting for its users;

  2. Personal data will be processed exclusively by electronic means with restricted access. All necessary IT security measures have been put in place to minimize the risk of violation of user privacy by third parties and, if it proves indispensable, to adopt any other security measure;

  3. The provision of data always occurs under the responsibility of the user. Providing additional personal data by you is optional;

  4. The data will not be communicated to other parties nor will they be disseminated;

  6. At any time you may exercise your rights towards the data controller, pursuant to article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which we reproduce in full for your convenience:

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

  2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; d) of the identification details of the owner, the managers and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

  3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected

The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
