1. Return Terms
You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with Italian consumer rights legislation (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received: unused, undamaged, and complete with all original labels and unopened packaging.
2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return request, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product by sending an email to \[[zenoleestore@gmail.com](mailto:zenoleestore@gmail.com)].
We will provide you with a return form that must be completed and included with the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will issue a refund within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The refund will be processed via the IBAN code provided by the customer.
If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
